This 2017 organic, undosed (0 sugar!), unfiltered, 100% Arbane is made from one of the rarest grape varieties in Champagne, with only 468 bottles of this particular cuvèe made. A late ripening grape suspect to mold and other diseases, Arbane produces small berries in very small quantities, often ripening only 1 out of every 3 years. Notes of citrus, pear, pinapple, with a bold minerality and a touch of floral. Dry and tense. Pair with anything citrus, mint, or green vegtables.
