This fresh, terroir-driven brut nature is composed of 40% Pinot Noir, 35%  Chardonnay, and 25% of the rare variety Pinot Blanc. It tastes of citrus, vine peaches, and kumquat with a sharp, fresh mouth. Pairs nicely with seafood platters, white tuna, salmon gravlax, and lobster.
