Castille | Rosé Colin

This premier cru rosé from Vertus in the côte des blancs is made of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir red wine. It is smooth, full bodied, and expresses foral notes of peony, violet, hyacinth and spice in addition to it's red fruits and citrus.
