This extra-dry (that means sweet! 15g/l) Champagne is composed of 20% Chardonnay and 80% Pinot Noir. It boasts aromatics of apple, blackberry, violets, and a touch of citrus in addition to a light minerality and saline finish typical of the côte de bar region of Champagne.
