This Blanc des Blancs premier cru from Vertus is the bold cuvée of the house and is composed of 100% Chardonnay. It is sweet, 17g/l dosage, and has notes of anise, dried flowers, spéculoos and almond paste. In the mouth it is structed, mineraly, and has a slight salinic after taste to balance the cuvée. Pairs wonderfully with exotic and spicy dishes.
