This côte de Sezanne Blanc des Blancs is silky and fresh, boasting notes of brioche, butter, nectarine/mirabelle and hazelnuts. It is a beautiful aperitif or brunch Champagne with its typical regional *slight* roundness yet it also pairs perfectly with roasted scallops and langoustines. It goes through a full malolactic fermentation in stainless steel barrels and uses 50% of reserve wine for a rich yet fresh blanc de blancs.
