Coming from the single terroir of the Sur Mont Coppé in the côte de bar region of Champagne, this 2018 milléseme of grapes from the same parcel is composed of only the ancient, rare grape varieties: Arbanne, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, and Petite Meslier. Flavors of white & yellow fruits, citrus, and slightly toasted. Serve around 10° with grilled white fish, citrus salads or ceviche, or with thick edged cheeses like Chaource (Champagne), Soumaintrain (Bourgogne), or Époisses (Bourgogne). 1292 total production.
