This unique rosé is made with pinot meunier red wine from very old vines (80 years+) ! The nose has notes of spices, leather, grenadine, guava, and melon. The mouth finishes with fruit, nutes, and orange flower. This bold rosé pairs well with olive tapenade, smoked duck, and Italian charcuterie. 30% Chardonnay, 55% Pinot Noir, and 15% Pinot Meunier
