This Blanc des Blancs premier cru from Vertus is a 2014 vintage of 100% Chardonnay. It is creamy, salty, and expresses mature aromas. It has zero sugar added which allows the fresh bread, hazelnut, and tabacco notes smells to gracefully transform into tastes of candied fruits, mocha, and cholocate, followed by a crisp saline finish.
