Les Scellées | A. Lété

This prodominately Chardonnay Marne blend is made with 50% reserve wine from the best years. The nose has notes of barley, blood orange, biscuits, fruit sirop, and light smoke. The mouth is full of vine peaches and blood orange. This blend is aged over 36 months and pairs well with salmon carpaccio, scallops, and rilletes of sardines or mackerels. 70% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir, and 15% Pinot Meunier.
