This 2020 blanc des blancs from the Champagne island near Troyes, Montgueux, is made 100% from vin du reserve. Aged between 1-5 years in the cave, this cuvèe expresses ripe fruit, pink grapefruit, and pastry notes, and it's light dosage at 5g/l makes this extra brut crisp. Taking you wherever you want to go, you can have it in apéro, with a filet de dorade with butter sauce, or try it with a 12 month aged comté!
