This 1ere cru blanc des noirs from the montagne de Riems is a foodie's apéro and dinner Champagne. 100% 1ere Pinot Noir, it's character comes from the use of reserve wines from 2015-2022 and multi-vessel aging (20% oak, 67% stainless steel, and 13% concrete). Unfiltered, no additives, and extra-brut, this cuvée expresses red fruit such as cherry and raspberries. A full, fatty, yet fresh mouth for all you foodies.
