Pinot Blanc | Daniel Pétré & Fils

This rare, 2019 100% Pinot Blanc is a blanc des blancs from the single terroir of the Sur Mont Coppé in the côte de bar. With a fruity and slightly salinic palette, it has notes of both white and yellow fruits, and citrus. You can also find a hint of white flowers and toasted qualities. Can be aged or enjoyed with oysters, raw fish, goat cheese salad, or even apple or pear tartes.
