This rare, 2019 100% Pinot Gris is a blanc des blancs from the single terroir of the Sur Mont Coppé in the côte de bar. With a rich and aromatic palette, it has complex and notes of ripe fruit, flowers, and spice. Don't be scared, its extra brut dosage keeps it fresh! Can be aged or enjoyed with fois gras, smoked salmon, or mushroom risotto.
