This 1ere cru Solera from the montagne de Riems is a foodie's apéro and dinner Champagne. 70% 1ere Pinot Noir and 30% C, it's character comes from the use of 30% solera wines from 2010. Unfiltered, no additives, and extra-brut, this cuvée expresses toast, brioche, black and red fruits, and spices. Strong, complex, and balanced, this special cuvèe is perfect for a dinatoire apératif or a special meal. Easily pairs with mushrooms, grilled meats, or chocolate.
