Ratafia | Hazard-Devavry

Ratafia de Champagne is composed of Eau de Vie de Champagne and grape must from press. The alcoholic fermentation is stopped in order to conserve the aromas and sugars of the grapes. Perfect for an apéro with fois gras or a sweet, after dinner finish, this speciality from Champagne is something special. 

Serve very chilled. Keep in the refrigerator for mutiple weeks. The light deposit that is in the bottle is completey natural and doesn't indicate a quality issue.
