Ratafia | Moutardier

This unique and uncommon liquor is made from Champagne grape juice before it undergos fermentation. Mixed with either and eau de vide or de vin (Marc de Champagne or Fine de Champagne), it has a light copper color and has ripe fruit flavors, honey, and caramel. Once opened, this liquor can be enjoyed for up to 1 month when kept fresh.
