This fresh blend of 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir has a light hazelnut and acacia blossom nose mixed with apples, pear, golden peach and apricot. The palate is crisp, lemony and slightly creamy with nuances of brioche. A really nice aperitif champagne that can also be paired with seafood, chicken, or light dishes.
