Champagne rose made from 70% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, and 5% red wine from Champagne. It is more wine like, rich in body and nose, with notes of brioche, prune, violette, and peony, followed by red fruit flavor. Aged 36 months. Traditional manuel production.
