This Marne rosé composed of 20% Pinot Noir and 80% Pinot Meunier is a soft and balanced champagne with notes of strawberry confit. Aged a minimum of 3 years in the cave and lightly dosed at 6g/l. Great for pairing with game birds, chaource cheese, and above all, fruity desserts!
