This organic, undosed (0 sugar!), unfiltered, single parcel (En Barmont) 100% Pinot Noir from 2017 is a limited quantity Champagne with only 2013 bottles made. Lightly oak aged. Full bodied and fresh, it expressed poached pears, raspberries, and grilled nuts with a minerality of gunpowder (flint) and wet stones. All the words. All the cool.
