This 2019 vintage from the 90-100 year old vines of the clos des Bouveries is made of 50%  Pinot Noir and 50% 1ere cru of Vertus. Rich in character and body, it boasts rich red fruits, crisp citrus, and a present minerality. Great for a special occasion dinner, this exclusive cuvèe has VERY LIMITED allocation (yes, even to us as a shop!). Family winemakers in a Benedictine abbey on the Côte des Blancs since 1886, this special clos cuvèe will impress.
