This single parcel champagne made of old vines planted by grandpa Jean is composed of 10% Pinot Noir and 90% Pinot Meunier and rests at least 4 years on its lees. It expresses notes of dried apricots, roasted citrus, toasted almonds, white peaches, beeswax, and cloves. It is rich, complex, and gourmand.
