This côte de bar 100% Chardonnay is grown "sous sol" (underground) on Kimméridgien soil -- for you Jurassic fans -- and is vinified in stainless steel. This a-typical blanc des blancs expresses white flower and cooked pear notes and the regional saline finish. The current stock is also from a single year harvest in 2014.
