This 2019 vintage blend is made of 25% 1ere cru Pinot Noir from Vertus, 25% 1ere cru Chardonnay from Oger, and 25% Pinot Meunier from Congy. Rich in character and body, a floral nose opens up to a mouth filling apple with citrus finish. Family winemakers in a Benedictine abbey on the Côte des Blancs since 1886, this blend is a crowd pleaser as well as an hommage to their ancestor who put their Champagne on the best tables worldwide.
