This 100% premiere cru Chardonnay is a 2017 vintage made from old vines of at least 40 years old. Aged for four years on it's lees, it packs a fresh, smooth, orange punch with fine bubbles and a long finish. With hints of mineral and salt, this unique bottle is well served with curries, duck a l'orange, fois gras, or gingerbread.
