This work of art is both rare and audacious. Coming from the single terroir of the Sur Mont Coppé in the côte de bar, this 2018 milléseme of grapes from the same plot is composed of Arbanne, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, and Petite Meslier. Only 1292 bottles made. Flavors of white & yellow fruits, citrus, and slightly toasted. Serve around 10° with grilled white fish, citrus salads or ceviche, or with thick edged cheeses like Chaource (Champagne), Soumaintrain (Bourgogne), or Époisses (Bourgogne).
