This 2020 vintage champagne from the Northern most region is composed of 100% Chardonnay that spends 6-8 months in oak barrels before being aged 5 years in the cellar. It's expressed notes of vanilla, candied fruit, honey, brioche, toast, and butter. A rich, full-bodied champagne named after Grandma.
