This 100% Pinot Meunier from the Valley of the Marne was selected because of the owner's love of John Mayer's song...just kidding. With light aromas of apple (+roasted), dried fruits, and gunpowder, this monocepage Champagne is rich in red fruits and round. Fine notes of cinnamon will finish you off and get your buzzin just like neon. Pair with tapenade, magret de canard, goat cheese, red fruit desserts or sorbet.
